1. How do I place an order?

It's easy! Browse our collections, choose your favorite items, select your size, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, confirm your order, enter your details, and proceed to payment. 🎉 Your order is on its way!

2. Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free delivery in Belgium and throughout Europe.

For international orders, fees are calculated automatically based on your destination.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

We prepare your packages within 1 to 3 working days .


Belgium : 2 to 5 working days


European Union : 4 to 8 working days


International : 7 to 15 working days

An email with your tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.

4. What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receipt to return an item to us if it does not suit you.

Items must be unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. See our Return and Refund Policy for more information.

5. Who pays the return shipping costs?


In case of change of mind → return costs are your responsibility.


In the event of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item) → we will cover the return costs.

6. Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, simply reorder and return the original item for a refund.

7. How do I track my order?

As soon as it ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link . Click on it to see where your package is at each stage.

8. What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

9. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel within 24 hours of your purchase by emailing us immediately at streetlightbe@gmail.com

After this period, the order will already be in processing and can no longer be cancelled.
